Birthday present!

A fun birthday cake idea. This was done for our sassy gal, Holly, for her 30th birthday!

The top layer was dark chocolate cake with peanut butter filling, and the bottom layer had a caramel filling, all frosted with chocolate buttercream.

What a girl wants

This nine (going on ten) year old girl knew exactly what she wanted. She was quite pleased with the results!

This was a chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Frosted with buttercream and adorned with fondant crown and accents.

Assorted dozen

Who wouldn't want to get a dozen assorted cupcakes? Some lucky moms were the recipients of these little lovely delicacies for Mother's day.

Princess Sarah

Is there really any better theme than "princess" for a girl's b-day party?
I don't think so.
Sarah (who was turning 4 ) loved these little crowns! The white cake with strawberry frosting was a huge hit.
The small cake/cupcake combo is a sweet idea. Birthday party attendees enjoy the cupcakes and the cake is saved for the family celebration. Perfect.

Mother's Day special!!

This week only we are having a great mother's day special. Place your order by Friday, May 8th to guarantee your cupcake delivery by Saturday evening. Any woman is bound to love these delectable cakes. Not to mention...you might get to devour one or two yourself!

Lemon Meringue Pie~ White cake with a lemon custard filling, topped with meringue frosting.
Cookie Dough~ Yellow cake with a chocolate chip cookie center, frosted in chocolate or cookie dough buttercream.
Strawberry Delight~ White cake with strawberry filling, strawberry buttercream & topped with a chocolate dipped strawberry
French Toast~ Cinnamon cake with a maple custard filling. Topped in buttercream with a hint of cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup
Choco Choco~Chocolate cake with a cream filling and topped with chocolate ganache.
Frosted Cherry~Our signature cupcake! Chocolate cupcake with cherry filling, topped with a buttercream frosting and maraschino cherry.

Floral Fling Cake

This was done on a whim yesterday.
I wanted to experiment with modeling chocolate. I also used a light brown and white fondant.
There is dark chocolate cake underneath all that luscious buttercream.
I am excited to play with my chocolate again...very soon.
