What a fun cake this was. Carrot cake with cream cheese filling (per the mom's favorite...why not?). Frosted with a yellow buttercream. Decorated with a fondant batman symbol and fun comic strip style illustrations - drawn with an edible food marker.
Great cake for a little boy turning 4, who also happens to love batman!

Yes and I absolutely loved it. Ellis couldn't believe his eyes and every friend that showed up he would take them directly to the cake where there was alot of squeeling (I almost thought I had little teenage girls by how they were carrying on)
So thank you gals for a wonderful cake and definately exceeding my expectations. Who knew Batman could be made cute and taste so wonderful (actually I knew it would taste wonderful)
