Chef Charise's Cake!
Everything but the frosting tip is edible. The piping bag was made from rice krispie treats and wrapped in fondant. The candles on the cupcakes were made with fondant as well.
Good old fashioned chocolate cake with dark, rich chocolate frosting.

Holy cake, Batman!

What a fun cake this was. Carrot cake with cream cheese filling (per the mom's favorite...why not?). Frosted with a yellow buttercream. Decorated with a fondant batman symbol and fun comic strip style illustrations - drawn with an edible food marker.
Great cake for a little boy turning 4, who also happens to love batman!

Princess Sarah
Is there really any better theme than "princess" for a girl's b-day party?
I don't think so.
Sarah (who was turning 4 ) loved these little crowns! The white cake with strawberry frosting was a huge hit.
The small cake/cupcake combo is a sweet idea. Birthday party attendees enjoy the cupcakes and the cake is saved for the family celebration. Perfect.
Have you tried our strawberry frosting...made from real strawberries?
